  In order to make paying for your pet's medical care a little easier, Exotic Animal                                 Care Center offers several payment options.                                                                                                
 1.We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa,  Mastercard, Discover, American Express) checks  and cash. 
 2.Payment is due when services are rendered.  EACC does not provide direct billing from our clinic.
 3.To make paying for unexpected expenses easy EACC accepts Care Credit. Applications take about 5 minutes to complete online at www.CareCredit.com. Applications can also completed over the phone with a Care Credit Representative.

  • Accepted at many Dentist, Ophthalmologist, Optometrist, and other  human medical offices in addition to most  veterinary clinics.

4. H3 is another option for paying for unexpected veterinary expenses and is very similar to Care Credit. H3 has a higher acceptance rate and can only be used for veterinary services. You can apply online (H3 WellnessPlus Card ) or by calling the number on their website. The application process takes 5 minutes or less. We will be happy to give you their phone number and assist with the application process as well.

5.Pet Insurance. Eacc 
recommends pet insurance through Nationwide (formerly VPI). Nationwide is the only pet insurance company that insures exotic species.Several plans are available to chose from depending on the type of coverage you desire for your pet. Usually the insurance company will ask you for an itemized receipt in order to process claims and determine benefits which we can give you. Check out their website for more information. http://www.petinsurance.com
